Our apartments have been designed with ease of access in mind, for young and old, and for people with physical disabilities.

We have one apartment specially kitted with disabled shower access with a hand-held shower head. When you contact us, please inform us that you would like to have apartment No. 231 in Pitt St if you need these facilities.

Special taxis are available that accommodate people with disabilities.  Call 131-008 (Taxis Combined) or 131-017 (Premier Cabs) to order a taxi, and notify them that you would like the larger, custom-made vehicles if you feel you need one.

A Visually Impaired Person's permit entitles people with visual impairments to travel for free on CityRail trains, Sydney Buses, Sydney Ferries, and the Newcastle Buses and Ferries services. For further information, call +61 (0)2 9379-4441 between 8:30am and 4pm Monday to Friday, Sydney time.  Please make arrangements before you arrive in Sydney so that you can obtain this permit as soon as possible.
